Looking For An Apartment?
Here at Carr Property Management, we, along with the property owners we represent, are proud to be equal opportunity landlords. Units are rented to the first qualified applicant that meets our rental criteria and provides all required supporting documentation. Failure to complete the application in its entirety will result in denial. If additional documents are required, the application will not be considered to be complete until they are received.
Step 1: Choose Property
Take a look at our current available units and pick one that you would like to live in. If there is an open house, come take a look at the unit!
Browse ApartmentsStep 2: Apply Online
One you find a unit that you're interested in and have determined that you meet our rental criteria, simply fill out an online application. Every person age 18 or older who will be living in the unit must apply.
NOTE: There is a $20 application fee per applicant that will cover the background, credit, and income checks.
View Rental Criteria & PoliciesStep 3:Complete Screening
Our third party partner TransUnion performs a criminal background check, runs a credit report, verifies income and provides us with the results.
We will contact you if additional information is required, such as pay stubs, pet documentation, etc.
Step 4: Decision Is Made
We review all applications and supporting documents with our property owners, and an applicant is chosen. Anyone not approved for the unit will receive a declination notice.
Step 5: Tour Unit and Finalize
We set up an in-person tour of the unit to make sure you are satisfied with the property condition and answer any questions. If you would like to proceed and move in, we collect any rent, security deposits, and sign the lease.
